Mike P did a great job with the replacement of our humidifier which broke down just a month shy of the warranty expiring. It wasn't easy....our old humidifier was no longer being produced by Honeywell and the new one needed a little more tech work than expected. Mike followed through, the job was completed, checked, explained and shown how to use, turn off, drain, and adjust the system. All in all an excellent job! And Mike is also always pleasant and very polite!
