Had an outside gfci outlet not working even though I had replaced the outlet. Lloyd was able to track the issue down to a connected gfci that had been improperly installed and got both outlets working. All this was done not only in 40 degree temps with a strong wind blowing, but also with a complete explanation of the work while it was being done so that I could understand exactly what had gone wrong and what was being done to remedy the situation. He even took time to answer all my questions about the proper installation of a gfci. On his way out, Lloyd also fixed a dimmer switch that had gone bad and offered solutions to an issue with some pendulum lighting. Lloyd made my day a lot brighter. Thanks!
