We discovered this morning that our upstairs thermostat was not turning on our heater in our new home (we moved in over summer so had no reason to use the heater). The builder made a call to Tempo, who contacted me and scheduled a technician for the same day. I received an email reminder and then received a call a half hour prior to the technician's arrival. The technician arrived, made sure to wear shoe covers and proceeded to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes we had a new thermostat installed and the heat turned on. Everyone I interacted with at Tempo was friendly and professional. Thank you for helping us stay warm!!!
