Am finding many short cuts that were taken in my home build by Peth. Interior wood trim used as exterior trim! No priming done. Interior paint very sloppy. Gaps under eaves. Gutters leak. Concrete drive and patio chipping away after only 4 years. Am afraid the the poor work will really come back to bite as these homes age.
