I had a valve problem in my shower and called Pristine because Richard and I are members at the same gym and I was told they could help me.
Anthony came and diagnosed the problem and as the fixture had a lifetime warranty I ordered the part from them. In the mean time Dwain had part of the part on his truck and came to put it in. Then when we got the rest of it he had to come back and install that part also.
All in all they had to make 3 trips and were always very professional and courteous.I will always recommend Dwain and Pristine to anyone because I was treated so well.Thanks to Denise on the phone for always helping with my calls.
