None of the other reviews have mentioned the amounts charged or the accuracy of the billing.
I think that might be because other reviewers insurance companies are paying the bills.
I was paying my own bill, it seemed really high for the amount of work performed, so I looked more
closely at the itemized charges.
About 8 hours was billed in excess for time the company was not here. They charged 2 hours a pop to run in for 10 minutes, look and leave.
Clearly a case of over billing since they can regularly get insurers to pay inflated fees.
When I called to discuss the charges, the boss man was incredibly rude.
I encourage him to get customer service training asap.
