DJ was very affable. He exuded professionalism and charm. He gave us several options to fix the issue found with the furnace. We would welcome him back anytime to service our home furnace or air conditioner. He was very patient with an elderly customer and this is very important to us. So many service people lose patients trying to communicate with us.
