Today I received my annual maintenance inspection on my furnace. Mr. Bob Miller performed the work. He was genuinely interested in the questions I had for him and he answered them in depth. I appreciated that. When he was finished, he recapped everything he did (some things I didn't even know they did....wax the furnace??...how great is that?). I was glad that he was the technician that came today. I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. I will request that he come next time.
