I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of the technicians. They were on time, polite and made sure I had a thorough understanding of our furnace problems. Eric was incredibly knowledgable and patiently explained the issues in layman's terms. Both tecnicians were very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Aksarben to a friend after my experience today.
