Terry Brien and his partner responded to our call for service ref our HVAC themostat. A service on the HVAC unit was not scheduled until later in the week, Brien decided to work both the same day...great! With the rains, our new water heater had shut down that morning. Brien looked at the problem, contacted the water heater folks at WFI and determined that the humidity sensor has shut off the unit. He corrected the problem and showed us how to overcome "high humidity" within the garage in the future. Thanks, great service.
