We had over $20,000 worth of damage so needed to hire a contractor. The job was one screw up after another. After over a year, the job is still not done. I was told they were discussing what they were going to do about the problems on our job in their morning meeting the next day I would get a call. That was 4 weeks ago, they never called. I decided to call them and left my name and number asking that the OWNER call me. Instead of him calling me, they called my husband. WTH? Very disrespectful and not the first time they have done that. Our job was riddled with one mistake after another. I was promised several times the job would be done in a certain amount of time but they are months and months past due. They have been paid in full so we are not a priority anymore. Should have held the check back until we were completely satisfied. But they assured us there were only a couple things needing to be finished up and they would get it done. The last day someone was here, they broke something in our house that caused a major issue. They expected us to pay to fix it. I complained and that is when they said they would discuss it and call back the next day only to never hear from them again. I will not recommend them to anyone.
