I am completely disappointed in the total lack of customer service. Leif's commercials build them as a customer service friendly establishment. They had my vehicle for a month to repair a bumper, in that time I had to initiate every call sometimes several time just to find out what was going on with my vehicle. It is impossible to get anyone to call you back. Since my vehicle was there longer than the insurance company will allow for that repair, unknown to me the rent a car was no longer being paid for. I was told that this was going to be dealt with by Leif's since my vehicle apparently sat in their back log for weeks. For two weeks after I finally got my vehicle back, the Rent A Car Company Enterprise and myself tried to get anyone from Leif's to respond. I called and left messages for two weeks for a manager or someone of authority to call me back. Needless to say the rental car company charge me for the overages. Luckily I was able to talk with the insurance company and they reimburse me. Leif's took a $1,500 Repair and pushed it over $3,800. This company is exactly why insurance costs are going up for every motorist out there. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with and if you think I'm one disgruntled customer just do your research before you allow your vehicle to be taken hostage by this shop. Needless to say I will never deal with them again. My main complaint, not one manager bothered to return any of my calls to see if they can help resolve the situation. more
