They were called in by my landlord to fix a pipe that had broken outside of my apartment. They proceeded to drill a hole into a running pipe and flood my storage room. Four grand worth of my property was damaged beyond repair. They left the hole they'd dug outside of my apartment uncovered and when it rained the next night, muddy rain water poured into my home for hours. When I asked them about reimbursing me for damages, they offered 1200 dollars or they'd see me in court. Terrible customer service, actual service, and serious lack of ethics.
