Saw them at the home show and their display was great - we were ready to hire on the spot. We asked about availability and got 10 minutes of whining about being home for dinner - we didn't ask if they could do it by a certain time - we just asked when. We would've waited and the whine fest was totally unnecessary. Left our number and after a week they called to set up an appointment. I asked for anytime on any Friday - should've been easy. But they never showed up to our scheduled appointment and did not have the decency to call and explain. Prior to the scheduled time for the appointment I had been researching them and already had reservations. They have a closed complaint with the bbb and complaints from others on different sites. So, bullet dodged. Thanks for not showing up and saving us the headache that dealing with you apparently is.
