We used them for linen and pub tables for my daughter's wedding and items were not delivered on promised day. In fact it was not delivered until mid-afternoon the next day; throwing off all our decorating plans. Furthermore the color sashes delivered were not the color we orders so it took even longer to get the right color. The most frustrating part was we were kept in the dark the whole time. If we wanted updates, we were calling them. The customer service was lousy and they were not even very apologetic for all the stress their delays caused.
