This was a routine service visit to winterize our evaporative cooler. CCC did the original install and we trust them to perform the required semi-annual service. It has been a great unit and we have experienced no problems.. Rich is a nice guy and has been here before for service calls. He knows where everything is so of the job went smoothly as usual. CCC and perhaps Rich will be back in the late spring to get the cooler back up and running for the summer.
