They don't even receive 1 star. Ordered flowers to be delivered by 1:00pm at the latest. I continue to check in afterwards. The sales clerk supposedly checks on the delivery and should call back. 30 min pass, 1 hour passes...3 hours pass. I try to check in and she hangs up on me half the times or immediately places me on hold when she sees my phone number. There is no manager available. No flowers delivered. The rudest "service" I've ever experienced! Certainly ruined the moment!
