I called FWH on a Sunday and my new hot water heater was delivered and installed the next day. Tim was my installer. He was courteous, conscientious and thorough in his work. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner, even cleaning up after himself! My only disappointment was in the expectation that Home Depot set about the price of the install as it was lower than the actual price.
