Appt was able to be scheduled for next business day. Service man arrived on time, and after pre-alert from the office. Service man understood my issues and concerns, then evaluated what NEEDED to be done. He did not try to sell what didn't need to be done. After I approved the work to be done, he quickly but professionally proceeded to complete it. When the work was done, he re-checked all aspects to ensure that everything was okay. His demeanor was always pleasant, and he thanked me for my business.
