Had water leaking from downstairs ceiling when upstairs shower was being used. Although the service date was in May of 2014, I just found the card that said they are interested in feedback, so...I had assumed that it could be a plumbing leak. The technician turned the shower on and looked downstairs and there was no leak and all the fittings seemed fine. He could not figure out why we had a leak. I pointed the shower head towards the tile wall in the shower and the water came through downstairs. He said that they cannot help with that tile. The Bill was $514.67. So, he couldn't even figure out to point the shower nozzle in all directions and the bill was absurd.
