This is the most irresponsibly managed front office and tech administration! They (all the people who answer the phones) mishandle requisitions for xray and mri. They told me they don't have my requisitions even though these have been faxed over by the doctors office (I was there when it was faxed and called in). They do not fax over the report which makes it difficult for the doctor to know if I actually went to my appointment. I waited for 2 weeks and when I called my doctor's office, they contacted Bellevue Medical Imaging and was told they were going to fax the report. I was in the office, and we waited. I rescheduled for the next day. Still no report.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS IMAGING OFFICE!!
