I bought this property and moved in 12/31. My water was not getting hot enough and fortunately when I called the number on the hot water heater ARS sent out Warren who had serviced this house for the past 10 years. He was very professional and knowledgable and quickly determined the thermostat needed to be replace. I will be using ARS and Warren for any future plumbing needs.
