I recently became a Winter Brothers as a result of them buying the local mom/pop garbage service I was using, Their lack of customer service is astounding. In addition to the dates/times changing multiple times without communication.....there was an issue of the driver damaging our private road. I made multiple calls to discuss the issue with them, and after close to 3 months it is still not resolved. They couldn't care less. The lack of follow-up, response to the issue, and regard for me as a customer is the reason why I am no longer using them. I don't recommend them!!!
