Had a problem with loud humming noise coming from unit. Our Carrier unit was just installed April 2013. It turned out to be an off-center blower unit. Adan G. came out and diagnosed problem and had the part here & installed the very next day. Adan was very courteous and explained everything in detail. No more loud humming noise, and it was all covered under the warranty. Very pleased!
