We had a huge plumbing issue, and Detlef did an amazing job. He was polite and well spoken, and made a point of explaining each step of what he was doing. He went out of his way to not make a mess,and leave the areas he was working spic and span. Which truth be told was a job in itself, with the size of the job. If we ever need help with plumbing again, there will be no question who we call and which technician we will request.
