They will do all they can to retain your deposit to pay for damage you didn't cause and to make improvements on things that were not in new condition to begin with. The move-in and move-out check lists won't help you. They will find anything to keep you from getting your deposit back. Almost, if not all, of the reviews on the Internet are from dissatisfied and angry former or current customers. If you have to rent from this company, photograph and/or film every part of the property and document all damages and anything not in new condition on the day you move in. If at all possible, rent with another company.
