Consumers have a voice, be aware you many not have one with Rife's.
Have had great service in the past and they do great work 99% of the time. This time it has been challenging. Please beware that if you chose them for an insurance repair and they are not a preferred collision center that your insurance company can not help when they won't fix an issue that you (the customer) believes was done incorrectly.
They know it is just the customer vs them. I just received this experience when talking to a manager. When I confirmed they were not going to rectify the issue I said I was going to call my insurance company. The response I received was "Go ahead". They know that the insurance company has no power with them.
