What is the point of making an appointment?! 9/15/2014

Let me start by saying, the first time I got my oil changed here it was great. I brought my car in for its scheduled time and they had it in at the scheduled time and it took approximately 30 minutes for my oil change. Fast forward to today, I had a scheduled time of 430pm for my oil change, not a walk-in, and the guy at the front tells me my car will be ready around 630 or 730. Excuse me? Why is that? Apparently because there are cars before mine, well I scheduled my appointment so I don't see why my car will not be in by 430 and out by 5-515. Do not tell someone a time and then when they get there tell them it'll be a 3 hour oil change. I know it doesn't take that long, I understand you have other customers but I made an appointment and expected your service to be upheld to my appointment time. I have NEVER had a place tell me a 3 hour wait when I have a scheduled appointment. Next time, let your customers know there will be a 3 hour wait so they can have it scheduled on another day or go somewhere else. I don't have time to wait around for 3 hours for an appointment I scheduled. And on top of that, don't be rude to me because I am a girl and you think I don't know what I am talking about. I work with aircrafts and my family owns an auto shop in Pensacola so I know how this should go and approximately how long the services should be. Definitely won't be coming back after my 7am appointment Friday. I did this to make sure there aren't any cars before me. more
