My 88 year old mothers system had gone out. We had a couple of estimates but none were as good as the one from Ocean State. The salesman was very thorough and patient with my mom and worked to get her system replaced quickly. The technicians were actually a half hour early on the Monday morning and had her cool in no time. Mathew, the salesman, is coming to give me an estimate to replace my 1979 unit.
