This is a scam, they told me they couldn't quote me a price over the phone for a simple kitchen sink drain hookup and installing a shower head. They show up an quote me close to $800 for these services, a local plumber did it for $120 in less than an hour. They claim that this type of service is better for the customer, when I asked how paying more than 4 times for a job is in my favor they told me to pay the service fee or they would report me to a credit bureau. Definitely stay away unless you have more money than sense.
