When my ac went out I called several companies they all said the same thing, you need a new system and then, I call Schmidt (yes my little brother) But he came out and told me the same thing, two other companies left me quotes and they where higher priced for cheaper system. So I had Schmidt install the system and after a couple of minor adjustments it is cooling great. The Trane XR17 Heat pump system is really quiet and Rusty was right it is a energy saving system. all the guys at Schmidt where great. Steve and Jr did a great install and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks to all of the Schmidt team, I will always recommend them
