my comcast residential experience to date: online order cancelled lady called saying i need to order by phone blind transferred to a rude lady who asked what i wanted over and over called my business account manager and explained situation. he hooked me up with a nice rep who took my order. thursday install date 3 rd party installer said he did not have time to do my install. he rescheduled for sat at 10am sat 10am no one shows up call comcast number form my email. person tells me she can't help me and transfers me to customer care. wait 15 minutes. customer care ends up being sales. she transfers to to customers care. wait 30 minutes listening to music the phone starts ringing and no one picks up and eventually it hangs up on me. call number one of the first reps gave me. turns out to be online orders again and they transfer me to customer care. enter zip, this time press i want to disconnect service. it hangs up on me. call 1-800, enter my phone number and choose tech support for internet cause i dont know how to get through to installers. still waiting on hold 30 minutes later comcast business tech support gets on the phone because my phone number is associated with many business accounts and there is no option when you call to enter anything other than you phone number or to enter your not a customer guy transfers to to someone he says can help me 20 minutes later someone from billing picks up. he claims a i need to speak with tech support. he transfers me to tech support. wait 20 minutes. i can't take it anymore and hang up. commercial just came on tv saying how great the install services are now. ya right! more
