You photographed my brothers wedding and lost half of the photos. Your choice of reimbursement was a $1,000 with you to replace family photos that will never again be reattained due to "SD card malfunctions". I have never seen a photographer without a backup SD card and camera. I am very disappointed in the service they received. You blew off the family far after the cutting of the wedding cake. Family pictures are to be taken right after the wedding- along with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Your blowing off of the family and telling us that you "will come and get us when you want us" was ridiculous and unwarranted. Now due to the wait we have lost all pictures of the family. Beware future purchasers. more
