Our A/C went out over a weekend. AA Service offered to come out right away, but we waited until Monday. They called first thing Monday AM to schedule a time with us, and we understanding of our time constraints. Then Ted, the technician, called 15 minutes beforehand to tell us he was on his way.
When Ted arrived he was polite and thorough. He did a full diagnosis of our AC and quoted me a fair price. As an extra bonus, be cleaned both our outdoor AC units free of charge. We will definitety use AA again!
