I had a less than two year old AO Smith water heater that was leaking. I was able to get ARS to come out within two days to see what needed to be done. The first service professional was very helpful and actually helped me with the AO Smith warranty person. After all that was taken care of, ARS had to come back out the next day. Brennan was our service professional who replaced the old water heater and then took time to explain what he was doing and how to maintain my water heater to make it last a long time. He was very nice and very professional.
