Saturday I had a major water problem that affected my flooring & baseboards in 4 rooms. The contractor who was helping me thought the cause was my AC unit & recommended I call an AC repair service. On the recommendation of several co-workers, I had used ARS in the past & chose to again today. I called about 11:15AM & was told they could schedule an appointment the same day after 1PM. I was told the technician would call me about 1/2 hr before arrival. Asley called me early! Before noon. He came right over. It took him a very short time to diagnose the problem (a clogged drain line & malfunctioning shut off valve). He corrected the problem, checked the system out, recommended replacing the capacitor to prevent another service call in the near future. Because of the emergency service & several things needed, he received clearance to discount some of the services. Very professional, completed the work in a short time, cleaned up & left. He also placed a call to the contractor who will be repairing the structural damage, at the contractor's request and took the time to speak with him & answer his questions. I'll use them again & plan to sign up for the service agreement to have ARS do routine maintenance on my AC.
