The sales people seem nice enough... did not purchase a vehicle here. However, the Service Department is very disappointing. Poor attention to detail on repairs and lack of cleanliness on customer vehicles when making repairs. Had some warranty work done and being knowledgable in automotive repair and servicing I would not recommend Dale Willey's for any repairs/service. The bottom line is get them in and move them out is too common in this field, go else where and you will probably save some money and receive a higher quality service.
