I've been with 180fusion since 2011. Even though we still haven't dialed in on SEO (more due to our own company's lack of research) their PPC strategies have worked wonders on us. It takes a lot of work, so expect to be very involved in the early stages. After a few weeks you will get the traction you're hoping. We work with lead gen (not products) so it may be different in your experience, but I've personally referred 180fusion to a few colleagues who are specifically in e-commerce and have seen the same results. Their performance really comes down to how much you know about your business and what you want out of it through paid search. They're a great team and asset to our business.
