When our AC went out on Thursday evening, I was impressed that at 9:30pm MSPPHA picked up the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a call to confirm my appointment the next morning, and another call to give me a 30 minute heads up. Brain was knowledgeable, polite, and a willing to show me what was wrong and communicated what he was doing. My only criticism is that there was a sales aspect of the house call. After a range of solutions was presented (good), an on the spot decision was sought out that was more aggressive than necessary. All in all a positive experience and the AC is working better than it has in years.
