My husband had an appt wirh Dr Burnett. We called to inform them he was running late due to another dr appt. We were informed that it would be fine. Once we arrived the front desk person asked for the name. We gave my husbands' name & tge lady proceeded to inform us in a very rude manner that "we were late" then said she would check to find out if my husband could be seen & stormed off. Of course she informed us that we would need to inform us. She tried to explain we had called but it didn't matter. Rude person will makes us take our business elsewhere!!!
