Logobench upsold me on a website, responsive design,and social media profiles and never completed the project. It took them 4 months to not complete the website, which they tried to publish with huge unload able images and text in all caps. They purchased photos on my behalf without my permission. They couldn't make basic changes that I requested, they had people switch teams and quit without notification. I requested a refund to which they never responded to, I wrote their a Director of Business a development to try to complete the project and he never wrote me back. I had to hire a new developer to replace them since they couldn't finish the project...and my developer discovered that they were leaking access to other clients files through FTP access....their site says money back guarantee but they want been return my phone calls or emails. more
