Terry went above and beyond correcting mistakes made by previous owners. He spent two full days even missing lunch one day to get us up and running. He was courteous, prompt and worked very hard cleaning everything up when he was done. The plumbing repairs were in tight spaces and difficult. He gave us specific cost options on equipment and services without a hard sell. We will ask for Terry specifically if we need future plumbing repairs.
