I appreciated being serviced the same day as I called, within hours. My water heater was leaking down into my neighbor's garage and needed immediate assitance. When the employee of the Company arrived, he quickly got the water heater drained and was able to get a new one installed the same day, despite storms in the area. I appreciated the quick, courteous service and attention to the problem. I have used ARS before on my air conditioner and was well pleased then as well.
