Horrible company. Completely unprofessional. Had an awful experience and when I complained about all the horrible customer service I was told this by the CEO: "You are clearly making something out of nothing... As we suspected before. Cindy in acting at my direction." Let me tell you, I was not overreacting. I was put on hold two different times on purpose for over 20 minutes a piece. I was yelled at they refused my Groupon. The manager showed up at my house to assess the damage with his fly down. Overall, completely disgusting and horrible service.
