Our experience has been Terrible. The sale went fine but since then repeated errors. It took 5 weeks to get our registration as the dealership "holds" them until they feel they have enough to make a trip to the DMV. We tried to take care of it ourselves at the DMV but Premier had not released the title to our trade so it was wasted time. In the meantime our sticker expired. We took it to the manager but he often does not return calls "believing another staff member; had taken care of it." We have spent more time than it should have taken to resolve a matter that really should not be an issue. We will not be going back or recommending this business!
