If you are looking for customer service, Avoid ridge cyclery. You will likely be ignored so long, you will leave anyway. If you stick around after that, you will be handled in a distracted, flippant way that will make you feel like leaving. If you still end up being a paying customer, you will regret it. Don't expect them to open the door so you don't bang up your new bike, Don't bring your bike in on Saturday, Don't expect them to notify you when your bike is ready. Raleigh cheaped out on the cable slack, so a simple handlebar upgrade is cost prohibitive. Please Note: the positive review is for buying a part and is an old review. UPDATE: They Don't want to sell you a bike and they Don't want to deal with you if you do. more
