Since I was invited to leave a review i just have a comment about the warning on my confirmation email that they do not accept changes via email, my question is why not? If they use email to confirm...twice already this past week, why not accept changes. Either they email or they dont...I would think that email would be better since they would have this information in writing. Will write more after my visit.
