Terrible Customer Service 5/20/2014

Terrible customer service. Despite visiting 4 times in a month we were never once helped by any sales professionals. When we contacted the dealership through their website the only responses we got were repeated spam messages soliciting sales and test drives. Nobody ever took the time to return our inquiries or show us any interest in making us customers. We have since purchased two brand new vehicles at White Allen and Voss. Great service, highly recommend them over this terrible dealership. more
