Honest Review 4/23/2014

When reviewing you need to look for consistency. Look for patterns. My door bell rang and a young college student was at the door. I gave him a chance to explain what he was here for because young ambitious kids deserve that at the least. When he expressed he worked for a window company I explained I work in the carpenters union along with many of my closest friends and I was going to install windows next year this time. He asked if they could at least give a quote. I said its going to be very difficult to compete because I along with my friends can do it ourselves but I am willing to give you a shot. So I start getting bombarded by calls. I told him I have to read and do research on your windows and if they aren't junk I will get back to you. They continued to call. I read extensive reviews of how they want you and your wife present so they can get you to buy instantly putting you through a long sales pitch. When I was contacted to see if I could set up a meeting I expressed the likely hood of me buying would be slim so all I need is you to measure and add up windows and doors and give me a price. I already know what I want and I don't want to waste your salesmen's time because its not fair to him. I expressed all this. I said save the sales pitch put your best foot forward and this time next year if your quote is reasonable I will consider you for the job. I work about 80-90 hours a week so I was open to having a window company doing the work. He said listen you aren't wasting anyones time this is their job and we won't give you a sales pitch. Tell us what you want will count up the doors and windows and give you a quote good for 13 months. I told him I may be off Wed. I said my wife won't be home she will be at school. No problem. I get a call to confirm and because my wife isn't here they can't come because they need to bring windows give the sales pitch and so on. Force a sale basically. Good companies dont need to force their product they speak for themselves. Stay away. Your only as good as your word. more
