I made an appointment on April 11th for my windshield to be replaced on April 18th at my home. On the 17th I was contacted by the store to confirm my appointment and was told that I needed to file a claim with the insurance company. I called the insurance company got the approval needed from them and they called the store back and was once again given confirmation as well as having three e-mails also confirming appointment for the 18th from 12-5. No one ever showed up or called. At6pm I called the customer service number and was told that there was no confirmed appointment. I was told I was a liar and that they would have the manager from the store contact me. Once again no one contacted me. I would never recommend these people to work on the vehicle again. I will take my business to someone who wants to do the job and help me.
